1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RemoteOnlineJobsPH platform at remoteonlinejobsph.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, job seekers ("Talent"), and employers who access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

RemoteOnlineJobsPH is an online marketplace that connects Filipino remote workers ("Talent") with international employers ("Employers"). Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Talent profile creation and discovery
  • Job posting and management for employers
  • AI-powered candidate matching and ranking
  • Identity verification services
  • Applicant tracking and messaging tools
  • Subscription billing and account management

We are a platform facilitating connections — we are not a staffing agency, employer of record, or party to any employment agreement between Talent and Employers.

3. User Accounts

Registration

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Types

  • Talent Accounts: Open to Filipino professionals seeking remote employment. Talent may create profiles, browse job listings, and apply to open positions.
  • Employer Accounts: Open to businesses and individuals seeking to hire Filipino remote workers. Employers may post jobs, review applications, and contact Talent through the platform.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the platform, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

4. Employer Obligations

Employers using the Platform agree to:

  • Post only genuine, legitimate job opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and truthful job descriptions, including compensation and requirements.
  • Comply with all applicable labor laws in their jurisdiction.
  • Not post jobs that are discriminatory, illegal, or violate any applicable law.
  • Not request personal financial information, upfront fees, or equipment purchases from Talent.
  • Not use Talent contact information obtained through the platform for purposes outside of hiring.
  • Maintain professional and respectful communication with all applicants.

5. Talent Obligations

Talent using the Platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in their profiles and applications.
  • Not misrepresent skills, qualifications, experience, or identity.
  • Submit only genuine applications for positions they are interested in and qualified for.
  • Maintain professional conduct in all communications with Employers.
  • Not use employer contact information for purposes outside the hiring process.
  • Immediately report any suspicious, fraudulent, or inappropriate employer activity to our team.

6. Prohibited Conduct

All users are prohibited from:

  • Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
  • Posting false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
  • Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the Platform without express written permission.
  • Introducing viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
  • Creating multiple accounts for deceptive or fraudulent purposes.
  • Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security feature of the Platform.
  • Using the Platform to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).

7. Subscription and Payment

Plans

We offer the following subscription plans for Employers:

  • Standard Plan: Free, with access to up to 3 active job postings and basic features.
  • Professional Plan: $47.00 USD per month, with unlimited job postings and access to all premium features.

Billing

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By subscribing to the Professional Plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your employer dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers via email.

8. Identity Verification

We offer optional identity verification for Talent to build trust with Employers. Submission of identity documents is voluntary. Verified status may be revoked if fraudulent information is discovered. We handle verification documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, design, text, graphics, software, and code — is the property of RemoteOnlineJobsPH and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By submitting content to the Platform (profile information, job descriptions, messages), you grant RemoteOnlineJobsPH a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • That the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
  • That job listings are accurate, current, or that employment will result.
  • The conduct, qualifications, or background of any Employer or Talent.
  • That AI matching results will meet your specific hiring needs.

RemoteOnlineJobsPH is not responsible for any employment decisions made by Employers, nor for any outcomes of the employment relationship between Employers and Talent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RemoteOnlineJobsPH and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RemoteOnlineJobsPH and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules, or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
